Melon Sandbox Playground has just released a new video about another new 17.0 concept: hot air balloons.
In the video, we can see a very detailed hot air balloon, which can be controlled by the player. But at present, the hot air balloon can only move up and down, and it seems that it can't move horizontally. And interesting is, there are four sandbags hanging from the balloon.
