CLEO SA is the Android version of one of the most popular GTA mods on the PC version - the CLEO library, which allows you to load custom scripts. Spawn cars, use cheats and many other useful and exciting features!
To activate the CLEO menu in the game, swipe from the top of the screen to the bottom through the center or hold down the hard (real) menu button for a second.
