Minecraft mod High Effort Parkour is a very special parkour. Some blocks will appear in parkour, and they will constantly interrupt you. High Effort Parkour can help you get through faster.

Note that red blocks can kill players

Blue blocks can be used to increase speed

Green blocks can be jumped
