Whenever you are low on health or hungry, attack adds to heal and feed them. Some mobs won't do this like skeletons and iron golems because they have no health. When you attack, you also make a chainsaw sound!
Tips:
In your human form, do not use the jump rope if you have less than 8 hearts. It will kill you.
When you are low on health while in demon form, use the jump rope again to recover. But that won't stop your hunger and you need to fight the thugs for it.
