SA File Editor is a powerful mobile application that allows you to edit models and other GTA:SA (Android) files.
Although it's a debug version, it is still capable of creating and editing cars and objects on your mobile device.
The application offers full support for GTA SA and partial support for GTA 3 and GTA VC (Animations are not supported, other errors may occur). The functions of the app include editing and creating DFF (GTA SA, GTA 3, GTA VC), adding hierarchies (frames), adding geometry, transforming hierarchies (frames), renaming, geometry transformation, geometry replacement, deleting geometry, removing the hierarchy, fragment geometry, editing materials, adding reflections, UV mapping (in development), Editor Hangling.cfg (GTA SA), and animation playback (GTA SA).
